How it works

We sell digital top-ups for the games and online services listed in our store. From payment to the top-up landing in your account, the whole process takes a couple of minutes — and it works the same way for every product.

Choose a product and package

Open the product you play from the store and press the order button on the top-up you want — for example, in Ageless Kingdom these are diamond packages.

Enter your account name

Type the account name you use in that product — for example, in Ageless Kingdom this is your player name. We look the account up and show it back to you — Ageless Kingdom: your name — is this you? — so you can confirm before paying.

Send your order and pay securely

At the order step you tick the box asking for the top-up to be supplied immediately, then send us the package and the account name you confirmed. We reply with a secure payment link — your card details stay with the payment provider and never reach us.

The top-up lands in your account

The virtual currency or items are credited to that account instantly — under normal conditions within 5 minutes. If you are using the product at that moment, the new balance appears without logging in again. Your payment receipt arrives by e-mail.

The top-up is credited to the account you name, so it is waiting for you on every device you sign in from. In Ageless Kingdom, for example, diamonds sit on your account rather than on a single world, so you can spend them on any character you play.

Before your first purchase

  • Create your free account in the product first — the top-up is loaded onto an existing account.
  • Know the exact account name you use in that product — in Ageless Kingdom this is your player name — and check the confirmation screen carefully before you pay. Entering the right name is your responsibility.
  • Bought for the wrong account name? Tell us within 48 hours: if the top-up has not been spent we will try to move it to the correct account — a goodwill step, not a right.
  • Write to us from a working e-mail address — your payment link and your payment receipt arrive in that mailbox.
  • The top-up is delivered as soon as the payment clears: by ticking the box at the order step you ask us to supply the top-up immediately and you accept that the 14-day right to cancel ends once it has been credited.
