What exactly do I receive? The stated number of diamonds, added straight to the Ageless Kingdom account you name at checkout. Before you pay we look the name up and show it back to you (“Ageless Kingdom: your player name — is this you?”), so you can confirm it is the right account. Payment credits the diamonds to that account instantly — normally within 5 minutes — and if you are in the game at the time, they appear in your balance without signing in again. There is nothing to enter in the game and no physical item is shipped; the only e-mail we send is your payment receipt. All sales are final. Entering the correct player name is your responsibility — if you get it wrong, tell us within 48 hours. If the top-up has not been spent we will try to move it to the correct account. This is a goodwill step, not a right, and it is impossible once the balance has been spent.
