MATASCI LIMITED, registered in England & Wales under number 17373459 at Suite 11085, 5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG, United Kingdom, is the data controller for personal data collected through matasciapp.com. Questions: support@matasciapp.com.

1. What we collect

• Order data — your e-mail address, the product and package purchased, the account name the top-up is credited to (the name you enter is checked against the service of that product so we can confirm the account exists before payment — for example, in Ageless Kingdom this is your player name), amount, currency, date and country of the transaction.
• Payment data — handled by Stripe. We receive a confirmation, the last four digits of the card and the card brand; we never receive or store the full card number or security code.
• Support data — the content of messages you send us and the address you send them from.
• Technical data — server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept for security and fraud prevention.

We do not collect special categories of data and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

2. Why we process it and on what basis

• To perform our contract with you — crediting the top-up to the account you name in the product you are buying for, providing support and handling refunds.
• Legal obligation — keeping accounting and tax records (typically 6 years) and complying with anti-fraud rules.
• Legitimate interests — preventing fraudulent orders, chargeback abuse, delivery to the wrong account and other misuse of the store, and keeping the service secure.
• Consent — only if you ever opt in to marketing e-mails. We do not send marketing without consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with service providers acting on our instructions:

• Stripe — payment processing (its own privacy policy applies to card data).
• Our hosting and e-mail providers — to run the website and deliver receipts.
• The service behind the product you buy — to verify the account name you enter and to credit the top-up to the correct account (for example, the game service of Ageless Kingdom for a diamond top-up).
• Authorities — where required by law.

We never sell personal data. Some providers operate outside the UK/EEA; transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

4. How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as required by tax law (typically 6 years). Support messages are kept for up to 24 months. Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months. After that data is deleted or anonymised.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, or port it to another provider. Write to support@matasciapp.com; we respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.

6. Cookies and local storage

This store does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics on it. Three small items are stored in your browser, and all three are needed for the store to work correctly:

• ak_country (cookie, expires after 24 hours) — a two-letter country code that our hosting provider’s edge function derives from your IP address when the page loads. We use it to show prices in the currency and regional price group that apply to you. The cookie itself contains only the country code, not your IP address, and we do not use it to identify you.
• ak_lang (local storage, kept until you clear your browser data) — the language you selected, so the store does not fall back to the default language on every page and every visit.
• ak_pg (local storage, kept until you clear your browser data) — the price group and currency you selected, so your choice is kept as you move between pages and when you come back.

These three items are strictly necessary (functional), so we do not ask for consent for them; you can delete them at any time in your browser settings. Stripe may set its own cookies on its payment pages for fraud prevention; those are governed by Stripe’s policy.

7. Changes

If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes affecting existing customers, notify affected customers by e-mail.

1. Hangi verileri topluyoruz

3. Kimlerle paylaşıyoruz

Talimatlarımızla hareket eden hizmet sağlayıcılarla yalnızca gereken asgari veriyi paylaşırız:

• Barındırma ve e-posta sağlayıcılarımız — sitenin çalışması ve makbuzların iletilmesi için.

Kişisel veriyi asla satmayız. Bazı sağlayıcılar Birleşik Krallık/AEA dışında faaliyet gösterir; aktarımlar yeterlilik kararlarına veya standart sözleşme hükümlerine dayanır.

4. Saklama süresi

Sipariş ve fatura kayıtları vergi mevzuatının gerektirdiği süre boyunca (genellikle 6 yıl) saklanır. Destek mesajları en fazla 24 ay, teknik kayıtlar en fazla 12 ay tutulur. Sürenin sonunda veriler silinir veya anonimleştirilir.

5. Haklarınız

6. Çerezler ve yerel depolama

Bu mağaza reklam veya takip çerezi kullanmaz; üçüncü taraf analiz aracı da çalıştırmayız. Tarayıcında üç küçük kayıt saklanır ve üçü de mağazanın doğru çalışması için gereklidir:
